The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos have made three changes to their side ahead of the final round of the home and away season.

Premiership players Emma Kearney, Jenna Bruton and Taylah Gatt all return to the team to face Hawthorn at Kinetic Stadium in Frankston on Friday night.

Kearney and Bruton were managed for Round 11, while Friday will see Gatt make her first appearance since she suffered an ankle injury against Brisbane in Round 5.

Captain Jasmine Garner is named in midfield as she prepares to play her 100th AFLW match.

The Roos have chosen to manage forwards Kate Shierlaw and Vikki Wall as they prepare for the upcoming finals series.

Last weekend's debutant Ella Slocombe has been omitted and will join Claire Mahony and Georgia Stubs as an emergency.

Bouncedown at Kinetic stadium is scheduled for 7.15pm AEDT tomorrow night.
