North Melbourne defender Eliza Shannon is on track to be available for selection for Saturday’s qualifying final against Carlton at IKON Park.
Shannon, who missed Saturday's Round 12 win over Richmond due to a concussion suffered against Adelaide, will be monitored across the week as the Kangaroos prepare for their finals opener.
"Eliza will look to complete a non-contact training session this week, followed by a full contact session on Thursday," senior AFLW physiotherapist Billy Williams said.
"If she passes these tests she will be available for selection against the Blues this Saturday."
Meanwhile, former captain Emma Kearney is progressing well from her hamstring rehab as she targets a return later in the club's finals campaign.
"Emma had another successful week of hamstring rehab last week," Williams said.
"She is running at higher speeds and her loads are building out nicely.
"She won’t be ready for selection this week, however she is closing in on a return to play in the next 1-2 weeks."
Tessa Boyd will also be available for selection after being managed last week due to a minor knee injury.
