North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos winger Tess Craven has been named in the AFL Players' Association's 2025 AFLW 22Under22 team.

22Under22, presented by Intrepid Travel, is a fan-voted concept that recognises the best 22 players aged 22 and under for the entirety of the season.

It is Craven's first appearance in the 22Under22 team, after she was selected in last year's extended squad but failed to make the fans' final cut.

Still just 21 years old, Craven has made herself an automatic selection for the Kangaroos this season, following a breakout 2024 which included a starring role in the club's grand final win.

She has played all 13 games so far this year while chalking up career-high numbers for disposals and tackles, and contributing six goals.

She celebrated her milestone 50th game in style against Adelaide in Round 10, earning 19 touches and kicking a goal.
