North Melbourne will meet the back-to-back reigning premiers Brisbane in next season’s Gather Round, with the Kangaroos returning to South Australia's Barossa Valley for a second consecutive year.

The Roos will meet the Lions at Barossa Park on Saturday, April 11 at 12.05pm local time (12.35pm AEST).

The points were shared last time the two clubs clashed, with a 71-71 draw the final result of the only match-up between the pair in 2024.

The fixture is North Melbourne's first confirmed game for 2025, after the AFL released the Round 5 fixture on Wednesday.

Tickets for the match go on sale via Ticketek on Wednesday, December 3 for club members and AFL members.

General public tickets will be available on Thursday, December 4.
