The guernsey numbers for the newest AFLW Kangaroos have been revealed as the team officially began its 2026 pre-season on Monday.

Former No.1 draft pick Kristie-Lee Weston-Tuner will wear the No.1 guernsey in her debut campaign at Arden Street.

An athletic forward, Weston-Turner joined the Kangaroos with pick No.37 in the 2025 Telstra AFLW Draft after playing eight games in two seasons with the Western Bulldogs. 

Crafty small forward Shauna McElligott, who was taken with pick No.49 in the 2025 draft, has been given the No.18 guernsey.

Fellow draftee Sarah Wall will pull on the No.30 after being selected with the 53rd pick the 2025 draft.

Wall, the younger sister of two-time premiership player Vikki, joins a celebrated group of Irish players at North Melbourne, alongside Vikki, fellow stars Erika O'Shea and Blaithin Bogue, and exciting young forward Amy Gavin Mangan.

Trade deadline recruit and exciting young ruck Maddison Torpey will wear No.37 after crossing over from Carlton.
