A calf injury will keep veteran Luke McDonald out of North Melbourne's side to face St Kilda at Marvel Stadium on Sunday.
McDonald, who picked up the injury during last weekend's match against Melbourne, is the Kangaroos' only confirmed out in their extended squad for Round 20.
Tom Blamires, Griffin Logue and Ollie Griffin are all potential inclusions after being named in the squad.
Zac Banch also comes into the squad as a late addition, with Jacob Konstanty, who was initially included in the extended side on Thursday evening, now out due to illness.
Blamires sat out last weekend due to a concussion received in the AFL match against the Magpies, while Logue is back in contention after winning 19 touches and six intercepts in the reserves against Casey.
Mid-season draftee Griffin kicked one goal against the Demons at Arden Street Oval to back up an impressive display against Collingwood.
Winger Dylan Stephens is set to play his milestone 100th AFL game if he is selected in the Roos' final team, which will be named on Friday at 5pm AEST.
Sunday's home game against the Saints starts at 3.15pm AEST.
