North Melbourne Werribee midfielder Alana Barba has claimed the club's VFLW best and fairest award for the first time in her career.
Barba was stellar for the Kangaroos yet again, averaging 24 disposals and seven tackles while contributing 11 goals across her 16 appearances.
In September, she reaffirmed her status as one of the competition's best big game players by winning a third Lisa Hardeman Medal as the best player on the ground in a Grand Final.
Barba collected 29 disposals, laid eight tackles and kicked a goal to drive her side to victory over Williamstown, becoming a four-time VFLW premiership player in the process (three for North Melbourne Werribee, one for Essendon).
Barba polled 220 votes, ahead of VFLW Coaches MVP and North Melbourne Werribee's Shinboner of the Year Ava Seton in second place on 217 votes.
Stella Reid rounded out the podium positions, taking home third place on 172 votes
The Best Clubwoman award - for the player who epitomises unselfishness, has a team-first attitude and goes beyond the call of duty - was won by Poppy Ella Schaap, who finished fourth in the overall best and fairest count with 161 votes.
