North Melbourne is choosing to head into Round 23's match-up against Geelong with the same group that knocked off the Western Bulldogs last Thursday night.

The Roos put in arguably their best performance of the season in the Round 22 triumph over the Dogs, and will look to build on that effort at Marvel Stadium on Saturday.

Despite being removed from last week's game at half-time due to a back issue, Aidan Corr has been named in defence after making it through Thursday's training session.

Bailey Scott, Matt Whitlock and Josh Goater are the Kangaroos' emergencies for the 3.45pm AEST match at Marvel Stadium.

Saturday marks a historic day for the club as North Melbourne host its very first AFL/W double-header.
