Winger Taylah Gatt is set to play her first game for the season in Friday night's AFLW blockbuster against Melbourne at Ikon Park.
Gatt, who has been grounded for the Kangaroos' first six matches by a groin injury, is among four inclusions as the Roos prepare to take on the ladder-leading Demons in Round 7.
She is joined in the selected side by defenders Libby Birch and Emma Kearney, and forward Kate Shierlaw.
A knee issue sidelined Birch for last week's loss to Hawthorn in Cairns. Shierlaw missed out due to concussion protocols, and Kearney was managed.
Bella Eddey and Kristie-Lee Weston-Turner are both unavailable for Round 7's game due to illness, while young Roos Claire Mahony and Abby Favell have been omitted.
Friday night's Grand Final eve game is at 7.15pm AEST and will be broadcast on Channel 7, Fox Footy and Kayo.
