A group of 200 excited kids and carers from the CREATE Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Camp Quality and the Royal Children’s Hospital helped cheer on the Kangaroos on Saturday as part of the ‘Carn the Kids’ program.

Giving fun days out to children who may not otherwise had the chance, ‘Carn the Kids’ and LeasePlan have again partnered with North Melbourne in 2010 to continue a strong association with the AFL.

The program saw 200 kids enjoy show bags and t-shirts before feasting on pies and having their faces painted. Some even had the chance to grab an autograph and photo from North Melbourne players Robbie Tarrant and Marcus White.

Carn the Kids will host ‘fun days out’ at four more North Melbourne games in 2010, hosting a total of 1000 children and carers.
