North Melbourne's Aaron Edwards has been nominated for the Hungry Jack’s AFL Mark of the Year after his high fly against the Bombers.
Already in line for a nomination after an earlier speckie, Edwards soared over the top of Essendon defender Heath Hocking late in the second quarter to stake his claim for the Alex Jesaulenko Medal.
The 26 year-old took a huge pack mark during the Kangaroos' semi-final win over Hawthorn in 2007, but was ineligible to be nominated as the mark was taken after the home and away rounds.
