Coming off a much-needed win on Sunday, North Melbourne's players headed to St Kilda for an early morning beach session.

The mood was jovial among the group as the 22 that took the field against the Lions participated in some light jogging and ball movement before making their way into the ocean for a dip.

Then it was back to the club to analyse the positives and negatives of the game with coach Brad Scott.
