Grace Campbell will head to Arden St after the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos and Richmond agreed to a trade on Monday.

The 24-year-old will cross to North in exchange for pick 43.

A strong contested ball player, Campbell played five games in her debut season in 2020 and finished fifth in the Tigers’ best and fairest.

North AFLW list and football performance manager Rhys Harwood said Campbell will be a valuable addition.

“Grace had a really strong first year in the AFLW with Richmond,” Harwood said.

“She’s a strong contested ball player, with a high work-rate and will give us some added flexibility through our midfield and forward group.

“We’re excited to have her on board, and think she plays with an energy that our group will love.”

The Kangaroos currently have selections 13, 29 and a fourth round pick.
