Aidan Corr has only been at North Melbourne for two months, but he’s quickly made an impact at his new club.

The 26-year-old wasn’t required back at training until the start of January, but instead joined the Roos’ first-to-fourth year players in early December.

“To actually get out on the track, that’s where you really get to know the boys, I was really keen to get going,” Corr told North Media.

“I was really excited to get back. The boys were training hard and they were flying, and it really got me going.”

Corr said the many fresh faces, in the playing group and coaching staff alike, made his transition from the GWS Giants an easy one.

Now, he’s back after Christmas with a head start on the competition.

“It got me in good nick (returning early); I really enjoyed training with them (his new teammates),” Corr said.

“The balls were flying around and it shows how hungry they are for the year. It was really good.”

Corr was joined by his more experienced teammates at training on Wednesday, with the group to come together as one from Monday.
