MEMBER TICKET UPDATE: A big thank you to our members for your amazing patience and understanding on Tuesday. Please be advised that there are still plenty of seats available for Sunday's game in every category, and the Ticketmaster issues from earlier have now been rectified.
Our membership team has been inundated with enquiries and emails, and are working hard to answer them all ASAP. Thanks for your patience in such a busy time.
We'll also be in touch with the level 1 members who redeemed tickets on level 3, and those who paid for level 1 seats.
Please note: Tickets will be unavailable between 9am-1pm AEDT on Wednesday morning, but accessible up to and following this period.
There are plenty of seats remaining in all categories, so all members have the opportunity to redeem tickets ahead of Sunday's game.
The Round 1 member pre-sale starts on Tuesday from 1pm AEDT, with all members required to redeem a FREE ticket to access the game.
Members have been sent a unique code over the last couple of days via email and SMS. If you are yet to receive your code, log in to the member hub HERE to retrieve your code ahead of the pre-sale.
Tickets for Round 1 can be redeemed from 1pm via designated priority groups, with Reserved Seat Members having first access. Members do not have to redeem during their allocated time, this is just the time we recommend to secure the best seats. You will be able to redeem your free ticket up until game day or sold out (aside from a window of 9am-1pm on Wednesday when away members receive access). To avoid disappointment we recommend redeeming prior to 9am on Wednesday.
