Membership

With restrictions still in place, members' game day will be a little different this year. We can’t wait to return to normal, and we will, but for now we need to abide by Government rules to ensure we can continue to have fans attend games. We appreciate your understanding.

Member hub (Outside Gate 5)
To reduce large groups of people gathering, the member hub will not be open this weekend. There will be plenty of staff nearby to help with all your enquiries, including Marvel Stadium/Ticketmaster staff located at the gates to help with any issues.

The Membership Services phone line (1300 526 427) will be operating on game day from 10am. If you’re really stuck, give us a call and the team can talk you through it over the phone.

The member hub will be back as soon as restrictions allow.

Member choice collection
Members are able to collect their member choice item from The Wharf hotel on their way to the stadium. Just a 10 minute walk to Marvel Stadium, members can collect their item from 12pm, enjoy 15 per cent off food and beverage, PLUS the first 100 members receive a FREE beverage.

Under the government’s health guidelines, in order to provide a COVID safe game day, we are currently not allowed to provide member scarf redemptions at the stadium. We will resume game day collections as soon as these guidelines allow.

If you’re unable to collect from The Wharf, there are other ways to collect your member choice items:
- Collect from the Roo Shop at Arden Street (Monday – Friday 9am-4pm)
- Redeem your Roo Shop voucher digitally and receive via email
- Select a scarf and we’ll send it out – you’ll only need to pay postage.

Member function rooms

Social Club – Victory Room Level 1

The social club is a much-loved space and while it will be back, for the foreseeable future it will not be in operation. With the stadium split up into zones, only those in the same zone as the Victory Room would be able to attend. As these bays are not North Melbourne member seating, members would have been unable to leave their zone to attend the function room.

As soon as restrictions allow, the Social Club will be back and better than ever.

Premiership Club – Parker Room Level 2

The zones at Marvel Stadium allow us to open the Premiership Club for round three. Members with a Level 2 ticket, between aisles 25 and 47 will be able to enter the Premiership Club room.

Please note that members will need to enter the stadium via the gate listed on your ticket. Once you are at your seat on Level 2, please make your way to the Level 2 Aisle 30 – Gate 6 Hub and take the stairs to Level D. Lifts are also available for accessible and elderly patrons.

Once on Level D please enter the Premiership Club Room. You will need to give your member ID to the North Melbourne staff on the door to receive a wrist band.

You are required to enter and exit the room from this location at all times. You are not able to use the glass doors inside the room to access the seating.

Capacity limits will apply so we recommend getting in early. Food and beverage options will be available in the room.

Member Code of Conduct
While barracking and supporting the club is a vital part of the game, offensive or aggressive behaviour (including yelling and swearing when dealing with club staff, agents or AFL or other event staff) will not be tolerated.

Club members who consume alcohol on a match day are to do so responsibly. Drunkenness will not be tolerated.

Club members who breach the behaviour code of conduct may face penalties including cancellation of membership without refund. The club endorses the AFL's stance on vilification and has a zero-tolerance for members or supporters that abuse the opposition, opposition supporters, or umpires on grounds of race, religion, gender and sexuality.

Merchandise

The Roo Shop will be set up outside Gate 5 at the North Melbourne Club Hub from 2pm and open inside Gate 5 and Gate 7 from 2.30pm.

Social distancing of 1.5 metres must be adhered to while patrons are queuing.

The club hubs have a maximum capacity of 15 people at any given time.

To improve social distancing measures, virtual queuing has been set up at our merchandise outlets. Simply scan the QR code, enter your details and you will receive a text message when we can serve you. Our friendly Roo Shop staff will be on hand to help through this process.

Why not click and collect? Purchase online anytime from now and collect from The Roo Shop outside Gate 5 at half-time or after the game. Items available for Click and collect can be found HERE.
