O'Shea arrived at Arden Street as one of the most exciting talents to emerge from Gaelic football in recent years, having been named in the All-Ireland team in 2021 - a testament to her professionalism and drive at such a young age.

The AFLW's youngest ever Irish recruit, she played every game in her first season until suffering an eye injury in an on-field collision that nearly cost her sight.

On returning the Kangaroos side in 2023, she quickly solidified her spot in the backline while adding power and craft to her game.

In 2024, her pace helped launch the fast transitions that became a feature of North Melbourne's premiership campaign, while there was no better example of the strength she's developed than her run-down tackle of Adelaide's Hannah Munyard in Week 9; O'Shea locking cheetah-like onto the Crow forward and hauling her to the ground.
