Backline speedster Brooke Brown and star midfielder Jasmine Garner have both been included in the AFLW's Round 6 Team of the Week.

Brown impressed with her pace and drive through both defensive and attacking areas, racking up 17 disposals and 328 metres gained, while also tallying eight intercepts off the back of her growing ability to read the play.

Her most influential performance of Season 7 to date also saw her poll five AFL Coaches Association AFLW Champion Player of the Year Award votes.

It was Brown's first Team of the Week selection this season.

This round's selection takes Garner's tally to four AFLW Team of the Week appearances for this campaign.

The midfielder laid 10 tackles and slotted two goals, including a classy snap, from her 18 disposals in the 66-point win over the Swans on Sunday evening.
