North Melbourne’s dominant season has been recognised with five Kangaroos named in the 2026 AFLW All-Australian squad.

Jasmine Garner, Ash Riddell, Tahlia Randall, Eilish Sheerin, and Erika O'Shea have all earned selection in the extended squad of 42 following outstanding individual campaigns.

Garner, who earlier on Thursday secured a record fourth AFLW Champion Player of the Year Award, continued to set the benchmark across the competition.

She averaged over 31 disposals and kicked 10 goals in another another superb season in the midfield to put herself in line for a record ninth All-Australian selection.

O’Shea breaks into the All-Australian squad for the first time after a career-best campaign, giving North Melbourne elite rebound, composure and run out of the backline, averaging over 20 disposals and 2.5 rebound 50s.

Randall led the Kangaroos' attack with 25 goals, again proving herself one of the League's most dangerous key forwards.

Riddell, the reigning AFLW Best and Fairest winner, led the League for disposals, averaging 34.3 disposals per game to drive the Kangaroos' midfield engine room.

Sheerin also played a crucial role in the side's midfield this season, combining contested power around the stoppages with impact on the scoreboard to earn her place in the squad for the first time as a Kangaroo.

The AFLW All Australian team will be announced at the W Awards on November 23.
