North Melbourne's exciting next generation has been recognised in this year's AFL Players’ Association 22Under22 extended squad, presented by Intrepid. 

Midfielder Tess Craven, who made last year's final 22Under22 team, is again in the running.

Her nomination follows a career-best season that has seen her play every 2026 game to date for the finals-bound Kangaroos.

She is joined by teammates Taylah Gatt and Claire Mahony, who will be looking for their first selections in the final team.

The 22Under22 team is decided entirely by fan votes, and Kangaroos members and fans are urged to get behind the three nominees to ensure they earn a spot in the final side.

Voting is now open and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on Thursday, November 12. 

The final team will be announced on November 19.
