North Melbourne will appeal ruckman Tristan Xerri's suspension at Tuesday night's AFL Tribunal.
Xerri was handed a three-match suspension for an incident during Sunday's Round 18 match against Melbourne involving midfielder Tom Sparrow.
The Match Review Officer charged Xerri with striking, grading the incident as careless conduct, severe impact and high contact.
Three Kangaroos received fines for incidents in the same game.
Midfielder Will Phillips has been fined for making careless contact with an umpire in Sunday's first quarter.
Captain Jy Simpkin and young gun Finn O'Sullivan were fined for engaging in a melee in the game's final term.
