The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos have made one change for Saturday's AFLW SuperClash against Carlton at Arden Street Oval.

Defender Tessa Boyd returns to face the Blues, having sat out the Roos' past two games due to a back complaint.

Boyd replaces winger Taylah Gatt, who will miss after suffering an ankle injury in Round 5 that is expected to sideline her for much of the home and away season.

Irish forward Vikki Wall will line up for what shapes as a lively contest after scans cleared her of an elbow injury.

The Blues sit third on the AFLW ladder after winning four of their opening five games, while the ladder-leading Kangaroos are hoping to preserve their unbeaten record this season.

Fans are encouraged to get to the ground early on Saturday for a pre-game celebration to honour the real superheroes from the Royal Children's Hospital, including a reverse guard of honour.

The SuperClash raises money for the hospital's Good Friday Appeal, and everyone who makes a donation at the game will get a FREE Mattel toy.

The opening bounce at Arden St will be at 2.35pm AEST.
