Erika O'Shea is expected to return to the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos line-up for Saturday's clash with Sydney in Launceston.
The Irish defender missed Friday's win over Essendon at Windy Hill after being rested due to general soreness following two six-day breaks.
"Erika is feeling fine and trained fully today (Tuesday) so she'll be back available for this weekend," North Melbourne senior AFLW physiotherapist Billy Williams said.
Forward Alice O'Loughlin is "feeling well" as she recovers from the unusual liver injury she suffered against Carlton in Round 6.
O'Loughlin has rejoined the team at Arden Street and is in good spirits, Williams said.
"She is having some more follow-up testing this week to guide her return to play and we'll provide an update when we know more information," Williams said.
Winger Taylah Gatt, who recently underwent surgery on the ankle she injured in the Round 5 win over Brisbane, is another week closer to a comeback.
“Taylah's ankle has bounced out of surgery really well," Williams said.
"Her range of motion is returning well, and she is working hard in the gym to rebuild her ankle and calf strength.
"We expect her to return to running sometime in the next week or so, and she is on track to return at the back end of the home and away season."
