North Melbourne has traded forward Finnbar Maley to the Adelaide Crows.
Agreeing to a deal on the final day of the 2025 Continental Tyres AFL Trade Period, the Kangaroos will receive pick No.57 and a 2026 fourth-round selection in exchange for the 22-year-old and pick No.64.
Maley was taken at pick No.2 in the 2024 Rookie Draft and made his AFL debut in Round 8 this year before going on to play seven games for the season.
General manager of football Todd Viney thanked Maley for his contribution to the club.
“We wish Finnbar all the best as he embarks on the next phase of his career,” Viney said.
“Finnbar has made a good impact at the club over the past couple of years, particularly with his enthusiasm and commitment to developing his game.
“We thank Finnbar for his time in the royal blue and white and wish him well at his new club.”
