Young Kangaroos onballer Finn O'Sullivan and star ruck Tristan Xerri are poised for potential returns for Sunday's clash with Greater Western Sydney in Canberra.

O'Sullivan has recovered from the fractured jaw he suffered in the Good Friday SuperClash, while Xerri is now available having served his three-game suspension for serious misconduct.

Small forward Zac Banch has raised his hand for an immediate AFL recall after he was omitted last week, finishing Saturday's VFL match against Sandringham as one of the best afield.

Banch booted three goals from his 16 disposals, while teammate Jacob Konstanty, who also played minutes in midfield, racked up 22 touches and kicked a goal to continue his fine form at Reserves level and put himself back in the mix.

Ruck Taylor Goad had his best game of the season to date against the Zebras, winning 41 hitouts to go along with 12 contested possessions, five clearances and a goal.

Key defender Toby Pink led the team for intercept possessions (eight) and took a game-high 11 marks to put himself into consideration for a call-up.

Rebounding back Cooper Harvey could be in line for a season debut after racking up 28 disposals at an efficiency rare of 82 per cent.

Zac Fisher, who has been prolific over the course of the VFL campaign so far, delivered again against Sandringham, winning 29 disposals and seven score involvements.

Youngsters Matt Whitlock, Brayden George and River Stevens each booted two goals at Trevor Barker Beach Oval, but may find it tough to break back into a senior attack that kicked 130 points against the Tigers last weekend.
