Each week, the best VFL player will be crowned MVP – Presented by the Limerick Castle; a country-style pub located in the heart of North Melbourne.

Round 19: Tom Campbell.

Tom Campbell has been recognised as North Melbourne’s best performer for the sixth time, after another impressive outing at GMHBA Stadium.

On what was a tough day for the Roos, Campbell stood tall.

The ruckman had 25 disposals and 2 goals, as he continues to dominate at state level.

He sits second for total hitouts, and averages an impressive 22.4 disposals.

“Tom Campbell has just been so good for us all year,” coach David Loader said.

“His form has just been excellent.

“I’d think he would have to be right up there in the JJ Liston standings (VFL Best & Fairest award).”

Campbell’s form has recently been rewarded with a two-year contract extension, and he will be hoping to earn another shot at AFL level in the near future.
