North Melbourne’s VFL side will take part in a curtain-raiser for the fourth and final time.

Fresh off last week’s bye, a well-rested North will be welcomed back by the ninth-placed Footscray, which will be eager to create distance from the Roos, with only percentage separating them.

After a disappointing performance on the road against Geelong at GMHBA Stadium, North will be eager to make amends by securing the scalp of the Bulldogs at Etihad Stadium.

The hosts are coming off back-to-back wins against Coburg and Essendon, having sandwiched a bye between the two victories.

Ticket-holders to North’s AFL match against the Bulldogs will gain free admission to the VFL game.

Fans are invited to attend Saturday’s VFL match against Footscray at Etihad Stadium, with the first bounce at 3.20pm.
