The Werribee Tigers must win this weekend against Frankston in order to keep their finals hopes alive.

But it won't be easy for the North Melbourne affiliate with the Dolphins sitting just one spot below them on the VFL ladder.

For Werribee, the return of experienced Kangaroo Daniel Harris could be a vital one.

After four games in the seniors, Harris will bolster a midfield that has already been in strong form in recent weeks.

Ben Ross meanwhile would consider himself unlucky to be named as an emergency for North Melbourne after racking up 32 possessions in the Tigers' closely fought match last round.

Sam Wright will be looking to continue his rise back to prominence in the race for selection, being named at centre half-back for Sunday's match.

The Kangaroo’s second round pick has been quiet in his three matches since returning from injury, but finding peak fitness could see the former Murray Bushranger hit his straps.

Nathan O'Keefe gets another chance after making his senior debut last week, while rookie Ben Speight continues to improve and win more of the footy with every match he plays.

In the reserves, Conor Meredith will play just his third game after injury. The Irish recruit will be looking to force his way back into the Werribee seniors, named up forward for the first time this season.
