Details about how to get to the Medallion Club can be downloaded from the attachment on the right hand-side of this page.The first resolution of business will be to amend the constitution of the North Melbourne Football Club Limited through voting by the club’s A and B class shareholders.The resolution to change the club’s constitution, which included combining the North Melbourne Football Club Limited and North Melbourne Kangaroos Limited into one business and return voting rights to members, requires approval of 75 per cent of shareholders.If this resolution is passed the club’s members and shareholders will then vote on the make-up of the club’s board.Proxy Forms closed on Monday, however 2006 financial members in attendance can vote at the meeting.Media will not be granted entry to the AGM with only the 2006 members and shareholders given access to the event.Nine Directors will be elected with six positions being decided by shareholders and three positions decided by the 2006 members.The nominations for the six Shareholder elected positions are: Caroline Carnegie, Andrew Carter, Joseph Connellan, Peter de Rauch, Graham Duff, Stephen Head, Fulvio Inserra, John Magowan, John Nicholson, Michael O’Brien and Maurice Reilly.The nominees for the three Member elected positions are: Mark Brayshaw, James Brayshaw, Paul Crapper, Michael Harvey, Daniel Jordan, Ron Joseph, Steve Moss, Mark Perkins, John Raleigh and Wendy Williams.
