In 2021, North Media has again teamed up with Mazda to recognise the AFLW Mazda Next Level Performer.

Every week, fans will be given the opportunity to vote for the player who went to the next level for the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos.

Simply by voting, you'll go into the draw to win tickets to the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos' Best & Fairest.

So who's in the mix this week?

Daria Bannister
In one of the more impressive eight-disposal games you'll see, Bannister's physical presence was key to North's attack.

She was a constant threat around the ball, set up several goals, and laid one of the biggest hits in the AFLW's short history. A terrific game.

Jenna Bruton
Bruton's class by foot and ability to find space sets her apart from the competition, and it was no different on Sunday.

The 2019 club best & fairest had 19 disposals and laid four tackles in a typically impressive display.

Ellie Gavalas
Only in her second year in the AFLW, Gavalas has made huge strides in her game.

A 19-possession, three-goal haul was the perfect reward for her hard work.

Emma King
The first three goals of the game ... you don't need to say much more to justify King's place in the best.

Nevertheless, she got even better from there. Dominant in the ruck, she setup clearances at will for the Roos' on-ball stars. She finished with 10 disposals, 30 hit-outs and three goals.
