North Melbourne has unsurprisingly made a clean sweep of the coaches votes in last weekend’s win over Carlton, with six players polling votes from the victory.

Nick Larkey polled a perfect ten votes for his performance, with both David Noble and David Teague agreeing he was best afield in the dominant team performance.

Kicking a career-high 7 goals for the day, Larkey also registered 20 disposals and 8 marks in a brilliant display of all-round key forward craft.

Tarryn Thomas received seven votes for his 23 touch, 4 goal effort from midfield, as the exciting youngster also registered 5 tackles for the clash.

Whilst he didn’t get amongst the goals, Jy Simpkin has been awarded six votes for his brilliant midfield display.

The co-vice-captain not only quietened the ever-dangerous Sam Walsh by successfully completing a somewhat unfamiliar run with role, but his offensive output was as potent as ever with a game-high 31 disposals.

Jaidyn Stephenson’s run of form has continued, with ‘Sleevo’ receiving five votes for his 3 goals and 24 disposals.

Ben Cunnington and Luke Davies-Uniacke rounded out the clean sweep with one vote each for their performances through the middle of the ground.

Cunnington was at his bull-like best as he collected 9 clearances from 27 touches, while Davies-Uniacke finished with 28 disposals.
