After a playing career with West Coast (37 games from 2025-08) Jaymie Graham forged a reputation as one of the country's most promising young coaches.

He began his coaching career in 2012, holding roles at St Kilda and West Coast, where he played a key role in the Eagles' 2018 premiership success.

A move across town to Fremantle followed, and he became the line coach for one of the competition’s best forward lines as part of a high-performing program at the Dockers.

While building his reputation as a highly respected assistant coach, Graham earned a taste of coaching at the highest level. He stepped in for Adam Simpson at West Coast for one game in 2018, before coaching two games for Fremantle when senior coach Justin Longmuir was absent due to illness.

Widely recognised across the industry as a developer of talent and an astute relationship-builder, he arrived at Arden St after an industry-wide search to find the club's next leader.

He was appointed as senior coach in October, 2026.
