The North Melbourne Kangaroos have continued their commitment to creating a safe environment for players, staff, members and fans by extending their partnership with security firm, Dominance, into a second year.
The partnership extension will see Dominance continue to provide staff and event security for the club’s AFL, AFLW, VFL and VFLW fixtures at Arden Street as well as all club functions.
Since its foundation in 1998, Dominance has provided security services and installations right across Australia, and holds security licences in every state and territory.
“It has been our great honour to provide security services to the North Melbourne Kangaroos for the past fifteen years and commence our second year as official security partner with the club,” Dominance Finance Director Michael McClaren said.
“We believe everyone who makes match days and events happen at the club, including the players and staff, the fans, officials and the competing club are worth protecting.
“We thank North Melbourne for trusting us with this important responsibility.”
North Melbourne Chief Commercial Officer Sam Bingley says the owners and staff at Dominance share similar values to those of the football club.
“We are pleased to continue our relationship with Dominance as the club’s security partner,” Bingley said.
“As a club, it’s our stated aim that match days and events are safe havens for all our fans – especially families and children – and we’ve delivered on that promise. The team at Dominance has played a key role in that outcome.
