Star North Melbourne ruck Tristan Xerri has been selected to represent Victoria in the 2026 AAMI AFL Origin game on February 14. Â Â
Xerri, who played his junior football at Caroline Springs and the Western Jets, will don the ‘Big V’ fresh off a career-best 2025 campaign.Â
The dominant ruckman claimed his first Syd Barker Medal - sharing the award with Harry Sheezel in a tie - and earned his maiden selection in the All-Australian squad.
"It’s a huge honour to represent Victoria and play alongside some of the best players in the league," Xerri said.
"Victoria’s pulled together a terrific team and it’s been great to see all the players embrace the return of Origin. I’m thrilled that I get the opportunity to be a part of it."
The AAMI AFL Origin game will start at 7.40pm AEDT on Saturday, February 14 at Optus Stadium in Perth.
The match will be broadcast live on Channel 7 and Fox Footy and streamed via 7Plus and Kayo.
