Aaron Mullett has been a surprise packet in the first three weeks of the season, and the 7,621 coaches who have the left-footer in their side were rewarded with close to a $60,000 price rise at the conclusion of Round 3.

Averaging more than 96-points per game, Mullett's starting price of $252,700 has shot up considerably. He's also the third-highest North Melbourne scorer so far this year.

With another breakeven in the negatives this week, Mullett's price will continue to shoot towards $400,000.

Meanwhile Andrew Swallow has maintained his place in the Dream Team elite with another 123-points. The captain sits in second place overall, averaging more than 126 a game.

Although it's still early, Swallow's highest disposal average in a season was 25.8 in 2012. Through three games in 2013 it's 30.3.

Mirroring North's changed style, Swallow has been kicking the ball more which is excellent for his owners. He is on track to have his first season with more kicks than handballs since his debut year in 2006.

Todd Goldstein's 114 brought his average to an even 100 after three weeks. The ruckman played well against the tandem of Shane Mumford and Mike Pyke, collecting 12 disposals, 39 hit-outs and a goal.

Among rucks in the AFL, Goldstein currently sits second for points, not far behind West Coast's Dean Cox.

At the other end of the scale, Drew Petrie's value decreased by $31,900 after being well held by Sydney's Ted Richards.

However it could be a blessing in disguise for those coaches a little short in their bank. In Petrie's last three games against Brisbane he has scored 95, 127 and 125. He’ll be hoping for a big return on Sunday at Etihad Stadium.

Along a similar vein, Nathan Grima had 21 disposals the last time North met Brisbane. He could be a one-week wildcard for coaches looking at a point of difference in their league match-ups.
